This site describes what Halligan Works builds. Descriptions of features are indicative and not an offer, and nothing on this site is a quotation. What a department gets, and what it pays, is what its subscription agreement says.

02Subscriptions

The platform is sold as an annual subscription per department. Modules are sold separately, are off by default, and can only be enabled by Halligan Works.

03Payments

Halligan Works never holds, routes, or takes a percentage of donations or fees collected through the platform. Those settle directly into the department’s own merchant account, under the department’s agreement with its payment provider.

Where the platform produces statements or invoices for a department’s landowner enrollment, it is a ledger. It records what is owed and what was paid. It does not move money and it is not a party to any charge a department raises.

04Content a department publishes

A department owns what it publishes and is responsible for it, including photographs taken at incidents. The platform requires a named officer to complete a release checklist before a photograph is published, and records that decision, but the judgement is the department’s.

Where photographs are shared into a mutual aid pool, attribution to the originating department travels with them permanently and cannot be altered by a department that republishes them.

05Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. The platform is not an emergency dispatch system and must not be relied on as one.
